shnit Worldwide Shortsfestival presents an outstanding selection of international short films as part of its unique global competition, held simultaneously across multiple cities worldwide through its PLAYGROUNDS program. Over the course of 11 days, the festival screens more than 200 short films spanning all genres and styles, offering audiences a diverse and dynamic cinematic experience.
Each year, shnit receives over 3,500 film submissions from around the world, showcasing the very best in contemporary short filmmaking.
This year marks a special milestone as shnit comes to Tbilisi for the very first time, with screenings taking place at FOMO, bringing the festival’s global spirit and award-winning short films to Georgian audiences.
